Ingredients
500g lamb mince
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
herbs to flavour (optional)
Method
Chop the onion and finely chop or mince the garlic.
In a bowl, hand mix all the ingredients with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into 8, making flattened balls as burgers. Grill at a high heat on an oiled sheet of foil for about five minutes each side.
If oil 'spits' onto the grill causing flames, lower the grill pan or reduce the grill level.
