Ingredients
2 large pork chops
3 tbsp creme fraiche
3 tsp prepared mustard
6 capers
25g butter
salt & pepper
Method
Mix the creme fraiche with the mustard and capers then set aside.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the pork chops and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour the mustard sauce over the chops, reduce the heat, cover and cook over a low heat for 10-12 minutes.
